Echo received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming in 1997 and her M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensslaer Polytechnic Institute in 2000. Since joining Square One, Miller has played a central role in the development of specialized automation for neutron scattering science. Achievements include the Sample Exchange Workcell now in operation at the SNS's Liquids Reflectometer and the Single Crystal Positioning System for the SNS's TOPAZ beamline.
